Madeleine Theresa Waller (Madge to so many) died at home on Tuesday 26th Feb. After a short battle with cancer, she spent her last few days at home surrounded by family.

She was introduced to Rosedale when she supported Brian on the cricket field, she was soon helping out with cricket teas.

Later, for the rugby club, she soon became involved in the pantos and supplied many of the costumes in the 80s & 90s.

Her funeral will be at Woollensbrook crematorium on Tuesday 19th March at 12pm, then afterwards at Rosedale.

Madeleine would prefer no dark clothing, bright colours and club jackets are very welcome.
