It was a game of two halves.
1st half Cheshunt were dominant with possession, turned over ball in defense and were deadly in attack with 5 tries all coming within the 1st 40 mins.
2nd half was a different story. Tring came back with two tries and maintained the majority of possession. They showed that there were a decent team with a lot of quality.
At times in the 2nd half it looked like Tring may be able to overturn the score lines, but in the last 15 minutes Cheshunt ajusted their defence and started to look good again preventing the hosts from penetrating anywhere in the Cheshunt line.
Man of the match went to full back Jack Finch due to his excellent attacking work coming from deep within his own half.
2ndXV have what it takes to do well in this league with just the mental part of their game to work on to help finish off teams more clinically.
