Cheshunt Barbarians!!

Tabard fielded a very new side on this occasion, and admitted to wanting to learn as much as possible from our team, and also utilise the session to best effect for skills improvement.

The first game saw a mixed Cheshunt team run out against Tabard - offering the less experienced Cheshunt players an opportunity to improve their skills as well. Cheshunt ran over a number of tries, however Tabard were definitely getting stronger in defense and on a couple of occasions managed to stop a couple of the mightier players from scoring.

the second game was a real Barbarian experience for the lads with 16 players a side on s regular U11 size pitch and a mix of all abilities in the squads. An excellent opportunity for all of the players to work on their communication skills, passing expertise and teamwork. A tie in the match finished off a very cold morning!!
